While laying down for a sound bath is optimal, it is not necessary and you can remain in a seated position.

 

What To Do Before & After A Session

To support your experience, please hydrate before and after your session. Following a sound bath, many people find it helpful to:

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Take a gentle walk or stretch
  • Spend time in quiet reflection
  • Journal about insights or emotions
  • Enjoy a warm Epsom salt bath
