My Story

My journey began more than 30 years ago as a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist. Alongside massage therapy, I studied energy practices including Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and Zero Balancing to bring a deeper level of care into my sessions.Over time, sound became an important part of my work after being introduced to the teachings of Jonathan Goldman, a pioneer in sound healing. I began incorporating sound into sessions and noticed meaningful improvements in my clients’ sense of well-being. I also experienced the benefits personally through vocal toning and meditation.

My collection of instruments grew naturally over the years, beginning with a rain stick gifted by my son—an instrument I still treasure today. Since then, I’ve gathered singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums, chimes, bells, and rattles from around the world. Each instrument carries its own voice, vibration, and presence.

This work continues to inspire me through its beauty, peace, and ability to support healing and self-discovery.

I have studied singing bowls, gongs, drumming, music theory, and holistic healing practices, while continuing to deepen my education and experience.
